32^nd Anniversary is coming up! We don’t feel that old, but we do feel that we have been a big part of the community for all of that time. We are still here to serve you, and in the days of increased use of the internet for shopping, we know we still belong! PORT CLINTON ART FESTIVAL – August 28^th and August 29^th – One of the nations highest regarded Art Festivals is on again this weekend. There are over 250 Artist and loads of entertainment and the Taste of Highland Park all on one weekend. We encourage you to come into downtown Highland Park for this great event. If you are coming shopping on this weekend, please use our convenient parking lot at the back of our store. We won’t allow Art patrons to use the lot, so that our customers will have a place to park.

OPEN LABOR DAY! For nearly 30 years, we have been open on Labor Day, which for many has been a great day to shop or just to stroll through after having breakfast or lunch in town. Please stop on by – we are open from 11 to 4.

Planning a Day Trip to Lake Geneva? For a totally different shopping experience, consider heading up to Lake Geneva for the day with your friends. The great shops in town have expanded since we opened up just 5 years ago this April. E Street Denim has opened a location just down the street from us; Notice – Accessories for Living, our close friends in Highland Park have opened their location in April just two doors from our front door; Abellimento, a high end Italian home accessories store opened just two years ago; Haberdapper, a better Men’s clothing store is just a few doors down from us on Broad Street; Min’s, a better Women’s clothing store is only a couple of doors away; Olive Oil Shop is right next door to us (great stuff!); Egg Harbor Café opened up a little over a year ago – always quality food and great service; Bistro 220 is a restaurant with a great menu and an incredible environment; I Love Funkys is a real catch for town – this eclectic shop, will offer you entertainment just in the shopping alone; Oh My Gauze, Global Gourmet, Scents and Sensibilities, Pop More Corks and Cornerstone are now mainstays in town with a huge following. The shopping is diverse – the atmosphere is vibrant yet definitely Wisconsin. If you haven’t been up here yet – give it a try. You can also just send in requests for items you may not be sure that we carry, and we will very quickly return to you with an answer. We’re here to serve you – don’t hesitate to ask.
