Winterfest – February 3rd thru the 5thThis is a must see for the winter!  10 foot tall snow sculptures; helicopter rides; snow planes landing on the lake; music; food; over load parking on Geneva Lake; ice skating and often times motor cycle racing on the frozen lake – it is just so much fun, that you can pack it all in one day, or make it an over-nighter.  And from the frozen lake, head downtown for some great shopping in the old historic district.  The stores are full of unique stores and great bargains – including the Bootery.  But it doesn’t end there, because in the evening the Grand Geneva hosts a torch light parade with a 100 skiers down their ski hill, followed by a terrific fireworks display.  Follow that up with a night cap at the Grand Geneva itself, and you have had a full day.  It is a unique experience – please come and visit.
